This was a wonderful experience staying at Chuck and Tom’s Puerto Vallarta casa. I can’t say enough good things! They were helpful and very communicative before and during our stay, whenever we had questions. They welcomed us with snacks and wine and made us feel so welcome as we arrived in the city. The apartment itself is gorgeous and beautifully designed. The roof has a truly breathtaking view of the entire city and it was so nice to relax by the pool each evening. When I come back to Puerto Vallarta, I want to stay here!

Overall amazing experience! Chuck and Tom are great guys and great hosts! We stayed in the penthouse and had an amazing view, which was beautiful to fall asleep and wake up to. Not to mention the bed was extremely comfy! You are walking distance to almost everything. This is the only place I will stay when I come back!

All of the reviews were right — chuck and Tom are the best hosts! The view is the best part, but they’ve also thought through every detail—including but not limited to, the thorough check in, cold eucalyptus towels, vino upon arrival, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy bed and sheets, extra beach towels, AC+fan, rooftop pool + BBQ, and the restaurant + bar recommendations. We especially loved Ritmos, the fish taco stand, and Alex’s sausages (they had South African boerewors – which we NEVER find on this side of the world!). There was an issue with the construction, and even though completely out of their control, and they were super proactive and willing to help. We stayed anyways bc we loved the place so much. We will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend!

Tom and Chuck are perfect! They’re both very present and discreet hosts. They’re there when you need them. They are very attentive and always respond very quickly to requests. The place is very clean. The views are stunning. We are close to everything on foot. We spent almost a month in this place and will definitely be back!
